Jim and Kristin Hammond are Associate Pastors at Living Word Christian Center in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota. Born out of a desire to minister God's grace to believers and non-believers, Jim and Kristin started The Fifth Service in 2007. Prior to pastoring at Living Word, Jim and his family attended Bible college in Singapore--an experience that has forever impacted their life together.

If anyone understands the awesome magnitude of God's unconditional love and grace, it is Pastor Jim. Growing up as a pastor's kid posed many challenges that most teenage youth never even dream of facing. Jim, like many others, turned to a lifestyle of drugs, alcohol, and promiscuity. Ask him today and he'll tell you, "If not for God's unmerited grace, I'd be dead."

Since then, Jim has allowed that saving grace to completely ratify his life. And now at The Fifth Service, you can come to know that same unconditional love that has turned Jim's world up-side-down through Jesus Christ.

Margie was born in Vicksburg, Mississippi, but spent most of her life in Texas after being adopted at the age of one. After High School, she attended college where she received an Associates Degree. In 1989, she joined the staff of Living Word Christian Center where she has worked as a Television Producer, Marketing Coordinator, and currently the Pastor over the Young Adult Ministry and the Singles Ministry. In 2009, she was given the opportunity and privilege to join Pastor Jim and Kristin Hammond as a part of their team at The Fifth Service.

She lives each day with the understanding that if it were not for God's unconditional love and grace, she would not be where she is today. Her life mission is to maintain a close intimate relationship with God, love people unconditionally, and challenge them to press beyond every obstacle to fulfill God's purpose for their lives.

After graduating from music college in 2001, Brandon immediately jumped into fulltime ministry by helping launch Go Ministries, a touring outreach team under the direction of Steve Munds, where he served as the Music Director and Intern Advisor. In 2004 Brandon accepted a position as Ministry Assistant in Living Word's Sr. High youth ministry, Driven. He's eternally grateful for these experiences, but believes that none of those things even come close to the eternal impact Jesus Christ has had on his life.

Above all, Brandon's wife and family mean the most to him. He credits any and all success he's experienced to his wife and two children because they truly own the largest part of his heart--second only to God.

Today, Brandon is the music director for The Fifth Service where he and his wife Missy have served together since the service's conception in 2007.
